This piece made in order to be submitted to the 17th annual El Corazon exhibition, at the Bath House Cultural Center. done in acrylic paint on a 24x30in canvas. The human heart can be a very important symbol of love, and affection. What I wanted to show was how the human heart is also sharp, and painful. Though I did not necessarily want to show this in a depressing way, so I chose a more abstract approach taking things I had learned from my painting about the attack on pearl harbor. I broke the heart shape down into multiple traingles and multiple angles, This was to show there is more than one side to the human heart, Thus The Many Angles of the Human Heart.
